Gary Keclik has been involved in the design, analysis, construction, repair, forensic
investigation and rehabilitation of all types of buildings throughout the course of his
30-year career. He has been a successful construction executive in several aspects
of the industry. Gary Keclik has extensive experience in the full range of
architectural services, cause and origin investigation of failures in the building
process and building systems; damage assessments, and regulatory compliance to
standards and building codes. His experience in construction process review
includes building process and contract performance issues, custom and practice,
standard of care, and evaluation of design development and execution on
Rich Mazzuca is actively involved in diverse aspects of programming, design,
construction and evaluation of the built environment including protection and
restoration of the natural environment. With a current focus on sustainability, Rich’s
professional career spans four decades and continues to evolve.
Rich began his career designing highly functional steel framed buildings for Chicago’
s commercial corridors. Seasoned in cost-effective construction technology, he
advanced to a civil engineering and site development position with the prestigious
architectural firm of Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM during their principal growth
period. The diversity of successful projects taken on by SOM provided Rich with
opportunities for unparalleled and diverse experience. These assignments included
accessible facilities for the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, and site infrastructure
for the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia airport, landscape and irrigation design for the
Constitution Gardens, Washington D.C, plus transportation and regional planning
feasibility studies including best use practices for dense urban real estate.

Chicago (2009) and his Master’s degree in Architecture at Southern Illinois University
Carbondale (2011). His multidisciplinary approach towards design has contributed
to much of his success and development as a young Architect in training. Since
2004, he has had the opportunity to work with architects, engineers, and interior
designers on a variety of building types: residential, commercial retail, offices, hotels,
and most recently U.S. government hospitals. As an Associate Architect, he has
acquired extensive training in the following areas: architectural design, material
selection, roof and façade restoration, sustainable building performance,
construction cost-estimating, historic preservation, ADA/Building code compliance,
construction documents, and way-finding solutions.
