Keclik Associates has been involved in sustainable practices and concepts for
approximately 20 years. This involvement has encompassed design, construction
practices, liability, Green Globes and LEED rating systems, development of
standards, and interpretation of building code requirements all specific to
green building. Mr. Keclik is a public speaker and has presented around the United
States on topics related to liability inherent in green design and construction
practices.
We were selected to develop content and create the online training course and
accompanying manual for those seeking the Green Globes® Professional Personnel
Certification program credential. Green Globes® is an online guidance and
assessment tool which promotes sustainability through a process of integrated
design for new and existing construction.
We work closely with the Green Building Initiative (GBI) to perform independent third
party assessments of new and existing building construction. These assessments are
used by GBI to process their awarding of Green Globes ratings for facilities
throughout the United States.
